I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

SCQF Level 7 Art Psychotherapy
BA (Hons) Design

With an MSc in Counselling and training in the Pluralistic approach, I employ a variety of therapeutic techniques. These include Person-Centred, Compassion-Focused, Solution-Focused approaches, and the use of creativity in therapy.

I value the collaborative and compassionate nature of counselling. I offer a space where clients can gain understanding and insight into their experiences and strengths. Working at a pace comfortable for the client, I support their journey towards growth and self-discovery.
